All refunds must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
To refund an item, please email customer service at [email protected] including your proof of purchase to obtain a Refund Authorization (RA) number. After receiving a RA number, there's no Refund charges.
After receiving your refund and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your refund notice to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
